Subject: [PATCH] ci(images): re-run after setting HARBOR_USERNAME/PASSWORD
 secrets (DEV-617)

The signing-service image build itself was green after 770e71d (buildx
plugin installed, --mount=type=cache works). The push step then failed
with "Must provide --username with --password-stdin" because the
HARBOR_USERNAME / HARBOR_PASSWORD Forgejo repo secrets were never
configured. Robot account `robot$basicstack+forgejo-ci` created in
Harbor (project `basicstack`, push+pull) and both secrets set. Empty
commit to trigger a re-run and verify the push.
